Abstract:
An integrated device for crushing and sieving raw materials for chemical engineering, comprising a tank (1), a motor (2) being fixedly connected to the left side of the tank (1), a horizontal rotating shaft (3) being fixedly connected to an output end of the motor (2), a driving bevel gear (4) being fixedly connected to the outer side of the horizontal rotating shaft (3), an upper partition plate (5) being fixedly connected above the tank (1), a plurality of material discharge holes (6) being disposed on the upper partition plate (5), a horizontal sieve (7) being fixedly connected to the inner side of the material discharge holes (6), an upper rotating shaft (8) being fixedly connected to the middle of the upper partition plate (5), a first driven bevel gear (9) being fixedly connected to the bottom of the upper rotating shaft (8), the first driven bevel gear (9) and the driving bevel gear (4) being engaged, a crushing blade (10) positioned above the upper partition plate (5) being fixedly connected to the top of the upper rotating shaft (8), and an annular plate (11) being rotatably connected to the middle of the tank (1). The device has a simple structure, convenient use, and low costs, and can thoroughly crush and sieve chemical raw materials, having a good sieving effect and high sieving efficiency.
