Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is an integrated device for dioxin inhibition and online pollutant monitoring, and a usage method therefor. The integrated device comprises a pyrolysis gasification furnace, a tar collection device, a real-time chlorobenzene detection sensor, a control assembly and a dioxin inhibitor addition section, wherein an input end of the tar collection device is in communication with a smoke outlet of the pyrolysis gasification furnace by means of the dioxin inhibitor addition section; a smoke outlet of the tar collection device is provided with the real-time chlorobenzene detection sensor; and the pyrolysis gasification furnace, the tar collection device, the chlorobenzene real-time detection sensor and the dioxin inhibitor addition section are all connected to the control assembly. The pyrolysis gasification furnace comprises a heating system, several temperature-measuring devices for measuring the temperatures at a plurality of positions in the heating system, and several sampling gas pipes for collecting smoke at a plurality of positions in the heating system, wherein the temperature-measuring devices and the sampling gas pipes are arranged on the heating system. Compared with the prior art, the effects of energy conservation and being environmentally friendly can be improved, and the visualization requirement is satisfied.
