Abstract:
An integrated formwork for a utility tunnel, the formwork comprising an inner formwork and an outer formwork. The inner formwork is employed to support a utility tunnel at an inner surface thereof, and can be moved as an integrated member. The entirety of the inner formwork can be moved to a next construction section to directly provide support and protection. The inner formwork comprises an inner support frame (1), a wheel (4), a triangular frame member (5), an adjustable horizontal jack (6), an adjustable vertical jack (7), an inner formwork vertical board (10), an inner formwork upper board (12), an inner formwork corner board (11), and an omnidirectional wheel (13). The outer formwork is configured to support the utility tunnel at an outer surface thereof, and comprises an outer formwork vertical board (14), an outer formwork upper board (15), a fastener (16), and an inclined support member (17). Also disclosed is a method of using the integrated formwork for a utility tunnel.
