An integrated hinge (1, 2) according to preferred embodiments of the present invention includes an upper coupling part (12) and a lower coupling part (16) integrally formed at an upper portion and a lower portion of a longitudinally formed hinge shaft (10), and thus, at the time of installing the hinge (1, 2), it is possible to easily install the hinge (1, 2) without the distortion of a door if the hinge shaft (10) is fixed to a door frame (F) in parallel thereto, even without an operation of arranging multiple hinges in a line as in a conventional method. The hinge (1, 2) comprises: a hinge shaft (10); an upper coupling part (12) comprising at least one frame fixed plate (22) which is rotatably connected to the upper end of the hinge shaft (10) and is fixed to a door frame (F), and at least one door fixed plate (20) fixed to a door (D); a lower coupling part (16) comprising at least one frame fixed plate (22) which is rotatably connected to the lower end of the hinge shaft (10) and is fixed to the door frame (F), and at least one door fixed plate (20) fixed to the door (D); and a shaft part (14) which is formed between the upper coupling part (12) and the lower coupling part (16) on the hinge shaft (10).
