Abstract:
An integrated production method for a multi-part combined logo, comprising the following steps:(1) performing die-casting to obtain a die-cast piece (3) having a plurality of logo bodies (1) arranged in sequence; (2) assembling the logo bodies (1) and a sheet metal carrier (5) on the die-cast piece (3) to form a die-cast carrier assembly (10); (3) removing gate parts (4) of the die-cast piece (3) on the die-cast carrier assembly (10) to obtain an logo carrier assembly (7); (4) electroplating the logo carrier assembly (7); (5) removing the sheet metal carrier (5) of the logo carrier assembly (7), so that the logo bodies (1) fall into logo body accommodating recesses of positioning jigs; (6) placing the positioning jigs in positioning recesses of a positioning plate; and (7) transferring and fixing each logo body (1) on each positioning jig to a packaging carrier (8). By means of the production method, the production efficiency can be improved, the logo bodies can be arranged orderly without manual arrangement, color difference between a plurality of logo bodies of the same logo is avoided, and the consistency is ensured, so that the product quality is improved, and standardized production can be achieved.
