Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to read an RFID tag at a remote distance by expanding the recognition distance of the RFID tag. An integrated tag-and-reader RFID fusion module according to the present invention comprises an RFID tag and an RFID reader. The RFID tag wakes up the connected RFID reader if a reading RF signal, outputted from a master RFID reader, for reading a target RFID tag at a remote distance is received. In addition, the RFID reader is connected to and integrated with the RFID tag, and is woken up by means of the RFID tag to transmit the reading RF signal, and thus the reading RF signal is transmitted to the target RFID tag. At this point, the RFID reader receives information about the target RFID tag from the target RFID tag to transmit the received information to the connected RFID tag. The RFID tag transmits the received information about the target RFID tag to the master RFID reader.
