Abstract:
An intelligent alignment system for an aircraft wing, comprising a support platform (1), a platform position adjusting apparatus, a platform propulsion apparatus, a laser adjustment apparatus, and a controller, wherein the support platform (1) is used to support a wing (3) and a wing mounting shaft (4); the platform position adjusting apparatus adjusts the angle of the support platform by means of a six-axis posture adjustment mechanism; the platform propulsion apparatus propels the support platform (1) to drive the wing to translate; and the laser adjustment apparatus comprises an alignment mechanism and a self-aligning mechanism, and the controller controls and adjusts the concentric alignment of the wing and double self-aligning bearings. The automatic mounting of a structure and the intelligent assembly of an aircraft wing are achieved by means of the coordination of various systems.
