Abstract:
An intelligent balancing lifting baking tray, comprising a baking tray main body (1), wherein the baking tray main body (1) is hinged to a baking lid (2); the baking tray main body (1) is internally provided with an elastic lifting device (3); an elastic end of the elastic lifting device (3) is connected to a heating tube assembly (4); and a lower-side baking tray (5) is arranged on the heating tube assembly (4). The elastic lifting device (3) comprises an elastic support member (31) mounted on the bottom of the baking tray main body (1), wherein an elastic end of the elastic support member (31) is connected to the heating tube assembly (4) connected to the lower-side baking tray (5). Four sides of the bottom of the heating tube assembly (4) are respectively hinged to U-shaped supports (32), wherein two support feet of each U-shaped support (32) are respectively provided with hooks (33). Four sides of the bottom of the baking tray main body (1) are respectively provided with slide channels (34). The hooks (33) on the two support feet of each U-shaped support (33) are respectively arranged in the slide channels (34) which are arranged opposite each other, and when the heating tube assembly (4) ascends and descends, the hooks (33) of the support feet of each U-shaped support (32) slide in the slide channels (34), thereby realizing the extension and retraction of the U-shaped supports (32), such that the baking tray can descend stably, and a food material is cooked in a more evenly-heated manner from two sides.
