Abstract:
An intelligent centralized control system for a setting machine. The system comprises an air exhaust system for exhausting gas inside a drying oven (12) so as to control the humidity inside the drying oven (12); a humidity control system for measuring the humidity inside the drying oven (12), thereby controlling the air exhaust amount of the air exhaust system; a drying oven temperature control system for controlling the temperature of the drying oven (12), such that a set temperature is maintained inside the drying oven (12); a display system for displaying operation states of various systems of a setting machine; a vehicle speed control system for controlling an operation speed of fabric; and a waste gas treatment system for treating waste gas exhausted from the setting machine, wherein an air intake pipe (1) is mounted inside the drying oven (12), several vent holes are provided in the air intake pipe (1), air guide plates (4) rotationally connected to inner walls of the drying oven (12) are arranged on two sides of the air intake pipe (1), and a driving device for driving the two air guide plates (4) to rotate is arranged on an oven body (3). The driving device rotatably drives the two air guide plates (4) to rotate back and forth, such that the difference between the temperatures of various areas in the drying oven (12) is small, the drying effect is better, and the drying efficiency is high.
