Abstract:
An intelligent cleaning device for oil stains of a stainless steel pipe, comprising a box body (1), a degreasing device (2), a circulating pump (3), a support pipe (4), a spray head (5), a drying device (6), an aqueduct (7), a filter device (8), a water storage tank (9), a horizontal support (10), drums (11) and a control device (12). The control device (12) is installed on the upper left part of the box body (1), and the horizontal support (10) is installed on the inner middle lower part of the box body (1). A nozzle cooperates with a cleaning brush, which is advantageous in removing oil stains on a steel pipe and increase the working efficiency. Two fans are arranged, which is advantageous in making the steel pipe dry more quickly, and may improve the drying effect of the steel pipe in cooperation with a heating wire. The arrangement of a sponge filter screen, an activated carbon filter screen, a HEPA filter screen and a filter element is advantageous to improve the effect of filtration and disinfection. The arrangement of a dust-proof screen made of stainless steel mesh is advantageous in improving the dustproofing effect, and preventing external objects from colliding with the fans, which improves the protection effect. The arrangement of the control device is advantageous in improving the degree of intelligent control.
