Abstract:
An intelligent feedback type variable throttle buffering system and method, applicable to a buffering apparatus. The buffering system comprises a linear motor (1), a direct acting cylinder (2), a stroke control valve block (3), a stepping motor (6), a throttle control valve block (7), an acquisition processor (8), a controller (9), a pressure sensor (10), a buffering cylinder (11), a buffering cylinder cover (13), a speed sensor (14), and a displacement sensor (16). Automatic adjustment of buffering capacity within a large range is implemented by means of closed-loop control of the speed sensor (14) and the pressure sensor (10). One end of the direct acting cylinder (2) is connected to the linear motor (1), and the other end is connected to the stroke control valve block (3). The stroke control valve block (3) is connected to the buffering cylinder (11) by means of a pipe. One end of the buffering cylinder (11) is connected with the throttle control valve block (7), and the other end is connected with the buffering cylinder cover (13). The speed sensor (14) and the displacement sensor (16) are connected to the buffering cylinder cover (13). The controller (9) and the pressure sensor (10) are connected to the throttle control valve block (7). The stepping motor (6) coaxial with the buffering cylinder (11) is connected to the throttle control valve block (7). The buffering system and buffering method can buffer an uncertain impact load, effectively reduce the volume of a power source, and compensate for hydraulic oil leakage of a hydraulic buffer.
