The present disclosure relates to an intelligent integrated mirror fitness device, belonging to the technical field of fitness equipment. The technical solution comprises a mirror body. The front side of the mirror body is provided with mirror glass. The rear side of the mirror glass is provided with a screen print having a blank area reserved on the upper part. The upper part of the mirror glass forms a corresponding light-transmitting area. A display screen directly aligned and fitted with the light-transmitting area is provided inside the mirror body. A main controller is provided inside the mirror body. A light-sensing sensor positioned above the light-transmitting area and a camera positioned below the light-transmitting area are provided at the rear side of the mirror glass. An output terminal of the camera and of the light-sensing sensor are connected to an input terminal of the main controller. An output terminal of the main controller is connected to an input terminal of the display screen. The camera turns on and off in response to a light-sensing signal output by the light-sensing sensor. The blocking effect of the screen print allows the mirror glass to have a mirror effect, and the display screen has a display effect in the light-transmitting area, so that the direction of view does not need to be frequently switched during the fitness training process.
