Provided are an intelligent peripheral and an NFC power supply method. An MCU of the intelligent peripheral is connected to an NFC unit, a rectifier circuit unit, a voltage-stabilizing unit, and an input unit, respectively; an input terminal and an output terminal of the rectifier circuit unit are separately connected to the NFC unit and the voltage-stabilizing unit; and the MCU is connected to an intelligent terminal by means of the NFC unit. The intelligent peripheral converts a radio frequency signal of the intelligent terminal into a current by means of the NFC unit, uses the rectifier circuit unit and the voltage-stabilizing unit to supply power to the MCU after respectively rectifying and stabilizing the current, and is connected to the intelligent terminal by means of a communications component. In the present invention, a radio frequency signal of the intelligent terminal is converted into a current by means of the NFC unit, which does not affect portability of the intelligent peripheral, and prevents pollution created by the use of a battery, thereby helping to protect the environment.
