Abstract:
Disclosed are an intelligent plug-in running method and system based on a convergence terminal, relating to the technical field of communications. The method comprises the following steps: in response to a running instruction of an intelligent plug-in, determining the function type of a function to be executed that is required in response to the running instruction; if said function is recorded in a set-top box function library, a set-top box system executing said function to obtain a first execution instruction result, and sending same to the intelligent plug-in; if said function is recorded in a gateway function library, the set-top box system packaging said function into forwarding information, and sending same to a gateway system; and the gateway system parsing the forwarding information, executing said function to obtain a second execution instruction result, and sending same to the intelligent plug-in. According to the present invention, performance functions of two systems are distinguished in advance, so that the two systems in a convergence terminal have a clear division of work, and the respective running pressure thereof is relieved, thereby improving the respective operation efficiency thereof.
