Abstract:
The present invention relates to a power control system, and particularly, to an intelligent power control system capable of flexibly responding to real-time charge fluctuations to save power in stages and responding to the occurrence of an emergency situation, due to imbalance of electric power supply and demand and the like, in which a nationwide power load must be controlled, thereby efficiently managing power consumption. The present invention controls a load apparatus according to predetermined power rate information, real-time power rate information, a predetermined peak power reference value or a nationwide power load control signal from the central government or a local government and controls power in stages instead of cutting off the power supply, thereby reducing power consumption cost while minimizing damage in daily life.
