Abstract:
Disclosed is an intelligent pressure screen, comprising: a pressure screen body (6), a pressure screen rotor driving motor (14), a slurry inlet pipeline (4), a slurry inlet pump (1), a slurry inlet pump driving motor (3), a good slurry outlet pipeline (13), and a light slag outlet pipeline (9), wherein one end of the slurry inlet pipeline (4) is connected to the pressure screen body (6) and the other end thereof is connected to an outlet of the slurry inlet pump (1), and one end of the good slurry outlet pipeline (13) and one end of the light slag outlet pipeline (9) are respectively connected to the pressure screen body (6). The intelligent pressure screen further comprises a main controller. The main controller is used for controlling the rotation speed of a pressure screen rotor based on a pressure difference between the slurry outlet pressure value acquired by a good slurry outlet pressure sensor (10) and the slurry inlet pressure value, and the closed-loop control over the pressure values of inlet slurry and outlet slurry ensures that same are stabilized in a proper range, so that the energy consumption of the motor is effectively reduced, poor working conditions of the blockage of a screen cylinder are avoided, productivity is improved, and the intelligent pressure screen meets the automatic control requirements of large-scale production.
