Abstract:
An intelligent sorting and conveying device, comprising a controller (10), a conveying module (20), a camera module (30) used for scanning bar codes of express items on the conveying module (20), and a sorting conveying belt (40) used for respectively conveying the express items. The camera module (30) is installed on the conveying module (20); the conveying module (20) comprises a first conveying belt (21) and a second conveying belt (22); a tail end of the second conveying belt (22) is located below a head end of the first conveying belt (21); a tail end of the first conveying belt (21) is located below a head end of the sorting conveying belt (40); the running speed of the first conveying belt (21) is greater than that of the second conveying belt (22); and the first conveying belt (21), the second conveying belt (22), the sorting conveying belt (40) and the camera module (30) are all electrically connected to the controller (10). In the device, the conveying module (20) is arranged at a tail end of the sorting conveying belt (40), and the distance between express items stacked on the conveying module (20) is increased by means of the different rotating speeds of the first conveying belt (21) and the second conveying belt (22) on the conveying module (20), such that express items from different regions are prevented from being conveyed into the same packaging bag on the sorting conveying belt (40).
