Abstract:
Disclosed is an intelligent steel bar upsetting apparatus, which comprises a clamping assembly and an upsetting assembly. The clamping assembly can be arranged on the outer side of a steel bar in a sleeved manner and can clamp the steel bar. The upsetting assembly comprises a connecting sleeve, a holding assembly and a pressurizing assembly. The connecting sleeve and the clamping assembly are fixed and extend in a direction away from the clamping assembly, so as to form an upsetting cavity. The holding assembly and the pressurizing assembly are sequentially arranged in the upsetting cavity. The steel bar can pass through the clamping assembly, and the end of the steel bar extends into the upsetting cavity, such that the holding assembly holds the steel bar. The pressurizing assembly can move in a direction that approaches or stays away from the end of the steel bar, so as to pressurize the end of the steel bar. During upsetting, the steel bar passes through the clamping assembly, and the end of the steel bar enters the upsetting cavity, such that the clamping assembly clamps the steel bar; and the pressurizing assembly then applies a force to the steel bar between the holding assembly and the pressurizing assembly, such that the section of steel bar is upset. The upsetting apparatus is relatively light, is simple in structure, is convenient to operate and has wide and practical use occasions.
