Abstract:
An intelligent take-up and pay-off device for a tethered unmanned aerial vehicle, comprising a bracket, a cable winding structure, a cable arranging structure, and a master controller. The cable winding structure and the cable arranging structure are located on the bracket, the cable arranging structure is located above the cable winding structure, and the cable winding structure and the cable arranging structure are separately connected to the master controller. A tether cable (70) penetrates through the cable arranging structure. Under the control of the master controller, the cable arranging structure reciprocates in the axis direction of the cable winding structure. The master controller controls the cable winding structure to rotate, so as to evenly take up the tether cable (70). The device drives, by means of the rotation of a wire arranging lead screw (80) of the cable arranging structure, a cable guide member (81) on the cable arranging lead screw (80) to rotate, and moves a cable on the cable guide member (81) in the axis direction of a winding reel (20), so as to evenly take up the tether cable (70) on the winding reel (20), so that the tether cable (70) can be evenly arranged on the winding reel (20) during take-up, and quick pay-off can be implemented when the tether cable (70) needs to be paid off next time, so as to ensure the flight of the unmanned aerial vehicle. Also provided is an operating method of the intelligent take-up and pay-off device for a tethered unmanned aerial vehicle.
