Abstract:
An intelligent tire, comprising a tire body (1), a sheet-like conductive polymer sensor (5), a micro control unit (6), an RF unit (7), an upper host (8), and an RF circuit (9). The sheet-like conductive polymer sensor (5) adheres to a liner layer (4) in the crown; one end of the sheet-like conductive polymer sensor (5) is connected to the micro control unit (6) by means of the RF unit (7), and the other end of the sheet-like conductive polymer sensor (5) is connected to the upper host (8) by means of the RF circuit (9); a processor (8-6) is electrically connected to a power supply module (8-1), and is connected to a display screen (8-3) and an audible alarm (8-4) for control; a communication port (8-2) is connected to the processor (8-6). The intelligent tire is mainly designed for early warning of dangerous working conditions; the state of the tire can be comprehensively determined according to the magnitude of the strain at the crown and the operating temperature by means of a fitting function; a single conductive polymer sensor can be used for simultaneously obtaining the magnitude of the strain and the operating temperature, so as to implement early warning of various dangerous working conditions of the tire; moreover, the sheet-like conductive polymer sensor is low in cost and suitable for promotion.
