Abstract:
Disclosed is an intelligent ultrasonic wine aging system, comprising a frame, a control terminal, a plurality of sub aging platforms, and a stainless steel aging cylinder being disposed on the frame. A top cover of the stainless steel aging cylinder is provided with a wine inlet and outlet tube, another end of the wine inlet and outlet tube is first connected to a sub wine control valve and then connected to a wine tubeline. A bottom portion of a stainless steel trough is provided with a water inlet and outlet opening, which is connected to a water tubeline. Injection of new wine to be aged into the stainless steel aging cylinder and discharge of the wine having been aged can be respectively achieved by controlling an electronic control valve, and injection of water into the stainless steel trough and discharge of the water from the stainless steel trough can be respectively achieved by controlling an electronic control valve. The present system allows automatic control over a whole aging process and provides strict control over temperature and hermeticity, which effectively ensures effectiveness of wine aging and consistency of wine quality. The present system has wide applications in wineries and wine sub-packaging factories, can shorten the time before launching new wine into the market and at the same time greatly improve the quality of new wine, and has a wide range of application scenarios.
