Abstract:
An intensified microinterface preparation system and method for polyglycolic acid. The intensified microinterface preparation system comprises: a hydrogenation reactor, a hydrogen feed pipe, a hydrolysis reactor, and a water vapor feed pipe. An oxalate ester feed pipe is provided on the side wall of the hydrogenation reactor; a microinterface unit is provided inside the hydrogenation reactor, the microinterface unit being formed by successively arranging multiple microinterface generators from top to bottom; the hydrogen feed pipe passes through the side wall of the hydrogenation reactor to enter the interior of the microinterface unit, so as to break, before a hydrogenation reaction, hydrogen into micron-level microbubbles in the microinterface unit in advance. According to the intensified microinterface preparation system, the microinterface unit is provided inside the hydrogenation reactor, and the microinterface generators are provided on the side of the hydrolysis reactor, such that hydrogen is broken into microbubbles before a hydrogenation reaction of hydrogen and dimethyl oxalate, and thus, the phase interface mass transfer area between hydrogen and dimethyl oxalate is increased.
