Abstract:
The present invention makes an impression of sufficient interaction capability on a user. This interaction system (100) has a virtually set personality. A microphone (11) receives an uttered voice from a user (101) and converts the voice into a voice signal. A voice recognition unit (20) recognizes the voice signal of the uttered voice of the user (101) and converts the recognized result into text that represents the utterance content of the user. The utterance determination unit (30) determines text that represents the utterance content of the system at least based on information included in the newest input user utterance and information set in the personality of the interaction system. A voice synthesis unit (40) converts the text, which represents the content of the system utterance, into a voice signal that represents the content of the system utterance. A speaker (51) pronounces the voice signal that represents the content of the system utterance.
