Abstract:
An interference image acquiring device 1 is provided with a light source 11, a beam splitter 12, an objective lens 13, an objective lens 14, a second reflecting mirror 15, a tube lens 16, a beam splitter 17, an imager 18, and a first reflecting mirror 20. A cell 73 is disposed on one side of a transparent material (a bottom portion of a container 70), and the first reflecting mirror 20 is disposed on the other side of the transparent material. In a two-beam interferometer, an optical path length difference between the optical path length of a first light beam reflected by the first reflecting mirror 20, and the optical path length of a second light beam reflected by the second reflecting mirror 15 is set to be at most equal to the coherence length of light output from the light source 11. The imager 18 acquires an interference image in a state in which the cell 73 is disposed in a position that is conjugate with an image plane in a first optical system between the image plane and the first reflecting mirror 20. The present invention thus achieves a device and method capable of acquiring a clear interference image if a reflecting mirror and a target object are separated from one another.
