Abstract:
An intermittent cutting and transfer device (1) is configured such that a cut film sheet (10) is sucked to the outer peripheral surface (41) of a lower edge roll (40) with opposite side-edge regions of the film sheet and a front-end region of the film sheet with respect to the direction of advance thereof caused to face an edge region (41B-1) within a second region (41B) and with the remaining region of the film sheet caused to face a center region (41B-2) within the second region (41B). A sucking and holding force in the edge region (41B-1) is greater than a sucking and holding force in the center region (41B-2).
