Abstract:
Disclosed are an intermittent material feeding structure and an aluminum alloy plate leveling and paint spraying device, comprising a top part and a paint tank fixedly installed on the top part. A pumping cylinder is fixed below the top part and is in communication with the paint tank by means of a material guide pipe. A reciprocating assembly used for pumping paint is arranged in the pumping cylinder. The aluminum alloy plate leveling and paint spraying device comprises an intermittent material feeding structure, and further comprises a work platform parallelly fixed below the top part by means of a support bracket. A vertical member is mounted on one side of the top part, and a mounting member is movably mounted below the vertical member by means of an adjusting assembly. The reciprocating assembly is driven by a drive structure to reciprocate in the pumping cylinder, and together with two one-way valves, causes paint in the paint tank to be intermittently fed into the pumping cylinder by means of the material guide pipe, then conveyed to a spray head by means of a corrugated pipe to be intermittently sprayed out. A movable assembly is driven to move back and forth by means of the driving structure, so that the spray head is driven to move back and forth, thereby achieving the function of intermittent material feeding and paint spraying.
