Abstract:
Disclosed is an internal inspection monitoring system applicable to a high-temperature high-pressure environment, the system comprising: an optical transmitter, a server, a decoder, and a monitoring probe for obtaining via detection a molten slag image in a gasifier. The monitoring probe comprises a housing and a monitoring device disposed within the housing. An outer wall of the monitoring device is provided with a cooling circulation water pipeline, a protective nitrogen opening and a cooling circulation water opening in communication with the cooling circulation water pipeline are provided on the housing, and a signal output terminal and a signal source terminal are provided on the monitor. The signal output terminal is connected to an input terminal of the decoder, an output terminal of the decoder is connected to an input terminal of the optical transmitter, an output terminal of the optical transmitter is connected to an input terminal of an optical receiver and the signal source terminal, and an output terminal of the optical receiver is connected to the server. The system enables monitoring of a real-time state of molten slag in a gasifier.
