Abstract:
Disclosed by the present invention is an intraocular lens semi-finished product forming mold, comprising a first mold and a second mold; the first mold comprises a first optical region and a first auxiliary region, and the second mold comprises a second optical region and a second auxiliary region; a step surface is provided at a connection position between the first optical region and the first auxiliary region, an end of the step surface being connected to the first optical region by means of a step extension surface, while the other end of the step surface is connected to the first auxiliary region; the height difference of the step surface is greater than zero, and the distance between the step surface and an edge of the first optical region is greater than zero; and the second auxiliary region and the second optical region are connected by means of a tapered inclined surface. Further disclosed in the present solution is a forming method using the described forming mold, as well as an obtained intraocular lens semi-finished product. In the present solution, a step surface and a tapered inclined surface are provided so that an intraocular lens directly forms a transition step when formed in the forming mold, which simplifies the production process and improves the production efficiency, and may effectively reduce the thickness of a crystal while satisfying mechanical properties.
