Abstract:
Disclosed are an ion channel targeting microbubble, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The ion channel targeting microbubble comprises a shell membrane and a biological inert gas, wherein the biological inert gas is sealed in a capsule formed by means of the enclosure of the shell membrane, and the outer surface of the shell membrane is binding to an ion channel antibody. The ion channel targeting microbubble is binding to an ion channel by means of an ion channel antibody in a targeted mode, and can enhance the sensitivity of ultrasonic neurostimulation response.
