Abstract:
An iron core structure of an iron core reactor. The cross section of a core column is in the shape of a cylinder or a circular ring. In the cross section of an iron yoke, an edge located in an iron core window and two edges adjacent to the edge are straight lines, and an edge located outside the iron core window is an arc edge formed by stacking silicon steel sheets having gradually varying widths or a stepped broken line-based curved edge formed by stacking silicon steel sheets having step-varying widths. Finite elements divided according to the stacking thickness of the silicon steel sheets or finite elements divided according to the step thickness are in the iron yoke. The area of each magnetic conduction unit is proportional to or is approximately proportional to the area of a corresponding unit in the core column. At a pressure beam, a foot pad, a side beam, a cross beam and the like, the iron core is supported and pressed using an insulating cushion block corresponding to the arc edge or the stepped broken line-based curved edge of the iron yoke. The iron core structure is high in reliability, small in loss, simple in structure and process, and low in cost.
