Abstract:
Provided is an isolation switch ex-factory inspection assembly line, which comprises an assembly line body (110), a driving unit (120), an electric control unit (130), a conveying device (140), and a loop resistance testing system (200), a contact finger clamping force detection system (300), a nameplate printing system (400) and an offline hoisting system (500), which are sequentially arranged on the assembly line body (110); the electric control unit (130) is electrically connected with the driving unit (120) and is used for controlling the operation of the assembly line through the driving unit (120). The assembly line is specially set up with a corresponding special detection system for the more important parts of the isolation switch in the actual use process, compared with a traditional isolation switch detection mode, a special detection system and an automatic flow detection mode are adopted, so that the detection efficiency is improved; meanwhile, by adopting a professional detection system, human detection mistakes and errors are reduced, and the product delivery qualification rate is improved; in addition, the assembly line is provided with a communication interface, and the product quality can be monitored remotely in real time.
