Abstract:
The present invention provides an isothiocyanate compound and an application thereof. The compound is an aryl substituted isothiocyanate compound that has a structure in the general formula I. The isothiocyanate compound in the present invention has very good solubility in water, has far better inhibitory activity for XPO1 protein than other non-aryl substituted congeneric compounds, has extremely small side effects, has a good biological safety degree and good bioavailability, and is quite suitable for a clinical application, so that the isothiocyanate compound has tremendous potential market space and economic benefits.
