Abstract:
An iterative-learning-based fast error compensation control system and method for a numerical control machine tool, which solve the problems that existing error compensation methods based on iterative learning control mostly have a slow sampling rate and ignore the diversity of actual frequency characteristics, thus resulting in a poor error compensation effect. A fast desired trajectory command is generated by using a trajectory generating module; a position loop is formed before a system outputs feedback to a position controller; an electric motor and a mechanical transmission module are taken as controlled objects; and a velocity loop is formed before feedback is output to a velocity controller. An iterative learning control policy for fast error compensation is implemented at the velocity loop. On the basis of system composition, the method is applied to a repetitive machining process of a numerical control machine tool, a high-sampling-rate position error signal is obtained under a multi-sampling-rate architecture, so as to perform fast error compensation at a high sampling rate, thereby avoiding the problem that a slow error compensation amount solved by a traditional iterative learning control scheme based on a position loop is merely a suboptimal solution, and thus improving the control precision of a numerical control machine tool.
