Abstract:
An IV and EL double-sided test conveying device, comprising: a machine platform (10), a rotary driving assembly (20) fixedly connected to the machine platform (10) and a rotary disc (30) rotatably connected to the rotary driving assembly (20); a loading station (11), an EL test station (12), an IV test station (13) and an unloading station (14) are provided in sequence on the machine platform (10) along the rotation direction of the rotary disc (30), four carriers (40) are outwardly connected to the rotary disc (30) at the periphery of the rotary disc at regular intervals; the rotary disc (30) drives, under the driving of the rotary driving assembly (20), the carriers (40) to respectively correspond to the loading station (11), the EL test station (12), the IV test station (13) and the unloading station (14); the carriers (40) each have a framework structure hollow at the middle, and several suction cups (41) extending inwardly are connected to side edges of the carriers (40). The carriers (40) hollow at the middle are connected to the rotary table having four stations, improving the utilization rate of space, reducing the floor area of equipment, and also detecting the upper and lower surfaces of a solar cell assembly (50).
