Abstract:
Disclosed are a jet grouting pipe curtain supporting method and system by using large-span short-distance underground excavation to under-penetrate an existing underground structure. Underground excavation is performed below an existing underground structure to form a newly built underground structure, and the newly built underground structure under-penetrates the existing underground structure. The jet grouting pipe curtain supporting method comprises: constructing a horizontal occlusion jet grouting pile along an outer contour of a newly built underground structure; then providing a pipe shed below a bottom plate of an existing structure of an under-penetrated section along a longitudinal direction of the newly built underground structure; and then pushing a steel pipe into the horizontal occlusion jet grouting pile, wherein the steel pipe is located below the pipe shed. According to the technical solution provided by the present invention, the horizontal occlusion jet grouting pile is provided between the pipe shed above and the steel pipe below, and when surrounding rock deforms and a settlement action force of the existing structure above is applied to a jet grouting pipe curtain supporting system, an outer-layer metal and concrete surrounded by same are mutually squeezed, such that the deformation amount of both the outer-layer metal and the concrete are reduced, and the strength and the rigidity of a surrounding rock mass of the under-penetrated section are significantly increased.
