Abstract:
The present invention relates to a Jianzhan porcelain temperature control terminal system based on Internet of Things technology, belonging to the technical field of temperature control systems, and comprising a display module, a temperature control module, an electric kiln remote control module, a metering module, and a power supply module for providing a power source to the various components; the display module comprises an operation command unit and a data display unit, the operation command unit issuing control commands to the temperature control module; after receiving the control commands, the temperature control module continues to send control electrical signals to the electric kiln remote control module for remotely controlling the electric kiln and simultaneously collecting data information of the electric kiln, and returns the collected data information to the data display unit for display; and the metering module is used for measuring electrical parameters of the circuit and uploading the measured electrical parameters to the data display unit for display. The present invention can implement remote control of the electric kiln and real-time collection of information in the electric kiln, quickly and conveniently implementing fault positioning, and can perform temperature control, increasing the Jianzhan porcelain finished product yield.
