Abstract:
Provided is a joint structure manufacturing method for joining a first member made of a plated iron-based material and a second member made of a material different from that of the first member so as to be in a sound state having no pore defect without having a gap between both members. This method for manufacturing a joint structure constructed by joining a first member made of a plated iron-based material and a second member made of a material different from that of the first member is provided with: a step for forming an insertion hole in the second member; a step for laminating the first and second members; a step for inserting an insertion member of an iron-based material, the insertion member being provided with an insertion part and a non-insertion part and having a through-hole formed so as to connect the insertion part to the non-insertion part, into the insertion hole until the insertion member abuts against the first member; and step for forming a weld metal part at the abutment portion between the inserting member and the first member, and joining the first member and the inserting member.
