Abstract:
The present invention relates to a juicer for juicing oil-based and water-based juices, the juicer comprising: a motor housing which has a motor provided on the inside thereof; a drive unit which incorporates a motor-driven rotational shaft projecting on one side of the motor housing, and a fixed shaft provided on the motor housing in line with the rotational shaft; a roller unit which is provided coupled to the fixed shaft and rotational shaft; and a housing which is detachably coupled to the motor housing, accommodates the roller unit, and has a hollow hopper unit for introducing materials on one side thereof. In the present invention: the roller unit incorporates a crushing roller unit which is accommodated in the housing and crushes and conveys juicing ingredients, and a juicing roller unit which conveys and presses and at the same time juices the juicing ingredients conveyed thereto from the crushing roller unit; the housing incorporates a hollow main unit which accommodates the roller unit, and the hollow hopper unit which is linked to one side of the main unit and is for introducing the juicing materials; and the main unit is provided with a first juicing-hole unit incorporating a plurality of first juicing holes formed passing therethrough so as to discharge juice extracted from the juicing ingredients that are crushed in the crushing roller unit, and a second juicing-hole unit incorporating a plurality of second juicing holes formed passing therethrough so as to discharge juice extracted during conveying and pressing in the juicing roller unit.
