Abstract:
A ketamine transdermal patch and a preparation method therefor, comprising the following preparation steps: carrying out de-crystallization on ketamine to obtain de-crystallized powder; dispersing the de-crystallized powder into cholesterol and fatty acid to form dispersed micro-spheres of a plurality of micro-reservoirs; and coating a high-molecular pressure sensitive adhesive with the micro-spheres to obtain the patch. Without requiring a crystallization inhibitor, the transdermal permeation rate of the patch is significantly improved, and the patch can be used for treating major depressive disorder (MDD) and/or pain.
