Title:
KIT FOR TRANSFECTING INTRACELLULAR PARASITES AND USE THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/051642
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Disclosed are a kit for transfecting intracellular parasites and the use thereof. The kit comprises polyethyleneimine, and further comprises saponin and/or polyethylene glycol octylphenyl ether. The kit transfects rapidly, has a high transfection efficiency and a high success rate of transfection, takes a short amount of time to acquire positive strains after transfection and does not require long-term drug screening, requires only a very small amount of chemical transfection reagents and does not require expensive transfection instruments, has low cost of raw materials, has a relatively low consumption of the reagents for single transfection, and has the potential to transfect multiple gene expression vectors at one time.
