Abstract:
The present invention relates to a knife sharpening device enabling easy grinding angle adjustment. The knife sharpening device can comprise: a grindstone unit in which two or more grindstone coupling structures, having a grindstone mounted thereon, are provided so as to be arrayed uniformly and radially about a horizontal central shaft part, and which is formed so as to rotate about the central shaft part as an axial core; and a power unit which is for driving the grindstones by transmitting power to one of the grindstone coupling structures of the grindstone unit.
