Abstract:
A computer system comprises a storage apparatus for storing incident information elements related to incidents happening at components that constitute a system to be managed, and one or more computers for managing the incident information elements. The storage apparatus stores, in association with incident information elements related to incidents happening at components of a system to be managed, disclosure permission information indicating whether an incident information element can be disclosed to users other than a first user to whom the incident information element was registered. At least one computer performs the actions of: receiving search conditions for an incident information element for which a search is to be executed, and user identifying information for identifying a second user who is desiring the search; searching within the storage apparatus for incident information elements that match the search conditions; determining incident information elements that can be disclosed to the user desiring the search from among the incident information elements found as a result of the search, on the basis of the disclosure permission information associated with the incident information elements found as a result of the search; and displaying the determined incident information elements onto an apparatus used by the second user.
