Abstract:
Disclosed are a label film and a preparation method therefor. The preparation method for a label film comprises the following steps: S1, adding film components into a hopper (10) of an extruding and casting machine (1), wherein the film components are plasticized and molten in a machine barrel (20) of the extruding and casting machine (1) to form a melt; S2, extruding the melt from a die head (40) of the extruding and casting machine (1) and casting same into a gap between a cooling roller (50) and a compression roller (60) of the extruding and casting machine (1), and carrying out cooling and compression on the melt to form a film; and S3, drawing the film to a traction roller (70), rolling same after cooling, and processing same into a label film. A film is formed from the melt that has been subjected to a compression action while being cooled, such that crystal points on the surface of the melt move into the melt, thus reducing the crystal points on the surface of a prepared label film, and thereby improving the printing quality of the label film, and also improving the glossiness of the surface of the label film.
