Claims:
CLAIMS

1 The invention is a labeling device (100), which enables the labeling of products and packages, having a main body (101 ), main reel (102) and a take-up reel (103) configured on the said main body (101 ), and comprising at least one scraper flap (104), characterized in,

- comprising a modular block unit (110) which is adapted to be assembled or disassembled as a group on the main body (101 ), in which the engine (114), the electronic unit (115) and the control screen (116) are placed in a carrier capsule (112).

2 The invention is a labeling device (100) according to Claim 1 , characterized in comprising a carrier capsule (112) that is made of a metal-based piece in the form of a pipe, with air vents (117) formed on it.

3 The invention is a labeling device (100) according to Claim 1 , characterized in that, the said carrier capsule (112) comprises a front block (113) which allows the main body (101 ) to be adapted to the engine block cavity (109).

4 The invention is a labeling device (100) according to Claim 1 , characterized in that the said main body (101 ) comprises a positioning notch (1011 ) which allows it to be used bilaterally on both the right and left sides.

5 The invention is a labeling device (100) according to Claim 1 , characterized in comprising at least one tensioner mechanism (120) configured on the main reel (102) and the take-up reel (103).

6- The invention is a labeling device (100) according to Claim 5, characterized in the said tensioning mechanism comprising at least one belt (122) with the retaining threads (125) stretched over the center hub (121 ).

7 The invention is a labeling device (100) according to Claim 5, characterized in comprising;

- a rotatable tensioning member (123) for tensioning and securing the belt (122) of the said tensioning mechanism (120) from X-axis to X1 axis, and

- an upper fixing member (124) having retaining threads (125). 8- The invention is a labeling device (100) according to Claim 5, characterized in comprising; bearings (127) and spline shaft (126) which are centered in the X1 axis and which tension the tensioning member (123) by the movement of the tension lever (107) and are configured in this bearing center.

9 The invention is a labeling device (100) according to Claim 5, characterized in comprising; movable double spring (128) in which the channel opening with pin (129) is supported with springs.

Description:
A LABELING DEVICE WITH MODULAR BLOCK UNIT

Technical Field

The invention relates to the labeling machine which enables automatic serial labeling of packages of various sizes and dimensions or directly on products.

The present invention relates to the labeling machine comprising the main body, which allows for configuration and assembly in both the right and left zones, and a compact modular block unit in which the engine control unit, electronic components and electronic circuits and even the control screen are combined. Labeling machines, as it is known, are machines used by batch production companies in assembly lines, allowing the label to be put on the product or directly on the packaging. The labeling machines comprise the main body on which multiple winding reels or winding rollers are provided. A roll with the label wrapped and the label which is whipped to the idler rolls by the roll is carried through these rolls and stuck on the product. There is an engine in the system to forward the label and keep the continuous serial operation going. There is also a control unit on the machine to guide and control the system.

Currently used labeling machines are composed of multi-partial structure. The multi-partial structure of the system increases production and labor costs as well as a high cost to the end user. On the other hand, if the machine fails or requires maintenance at periodic maintenance times, maintenance costs are high.

In the patent search conducted on labeling machines, a German patent no. EP2174873B1 has found. The present invention relates to a labeling device with at least one conveyor belt for taking up a row of labels, which is passed over an arrangement of rolls, and to at least two label dispensers, each of which is provided for dispensing labels from a dispensing sheet over a dispensing edge onto the conveyor belt. The two label dispensers are disposed one behind the other with respect to a direction in which the conveyor belt extends, the dispensing edge of a rear one of the two label dispensers being shifted forward in the direction of the conveyor belt in such a manner that the dispensing edges of the two label dispensers are one above the other. The conveyor belt of the labeling device is passed over a belt deflector for changing the course of the belt so that the conveyor belt can be operated alternatively by the dispensing edges of the two label dispensers. These edges are disposed adjacent to the belt deflector in such a manner that, in a first swiveling position of the tilting lever, labels can be transferred from the first dispensing edge to the conveyor belt and, in a second position, labels can be taken up from the second dispensing edge.

Another application is the one with the number EP2910482A1. The invention relates to the tubular bag machine having a labeling device and a method of operation of the said tubular bag machine. The labeling device comprises a label dispenser, an intermediate belt and a transfer conveyor for transporting labels transversely to the film transport direction to a labeling position, and there applied to the film web.

Description of the Invention

The invention is intended to produce a labeling device with different technical features which, unlike the labeling machines used in the present market, that brings a new development to this area.

A purpose of the invention to provide a labeling device having a compact structure, which is easy to manufacture and assemble.

Another purpose of the invention is to introduce a labeling device with a less-piece structure, thus reducing labor and assembly and even production costs to a minimum.

Another purpose of the invention is to comprise a compact module with an electronic card, circuits, control screen, and engine. In this way, a structure in which failure and maintenance situations are intervened quickly is established.

Another purpose of the invention is that the carrier body contains a structure compatible to be used both on the right side and on the left side. Thus, production costs and production processes are reduced due to a single body design, which comprises a structure suitable for use in different regions/sides, during the production stage.

Another purpose of the invention is to comprise a braking mechanism in the rear roll mechanism, in case the labels with the thin structure break off.

Detailed Description Of The Invention

The invention relates to a labeling device (100), which enables the labeling of products and packages, having a main body (101 ), a main reel (102) and a take- up reel (103) configured on the said main body (101 ), and comprising at least one scraper flap (104).

The inventive feature of the present invention is to comprise a modular block unit (110) which is adapted to be assembled or disassembled as a group on the main body (101 ), in which the engine (114), the electronic unit (115) and the control screen (116) are disposed in a carrier capsule (112).

The said carrier capsule (112) is made of a metal-based piece in the form of a pipe, with air vents (117) formed on it. Therefore, the said carrier capsule (112) includes a front block (113) which allows the main body (101 ) to be adapted to the engine block cavity (109). The positioning notch (1011 ), which allows the main body (101 ) that is used in the system to be placed bilaterally in both the right and the left sides, has been formed. Thus, with the production of a one-sided body, the body with both right and left sides is obtained.

On the other hand, at least one tensioner mechanism (120) configured on the main reel (102) and the take-up reel (103) is included in the system. This tensioning mechanism (120) comprises at least one belt (122) having retaining teeth (125) tensioned on the center hub (121 ), and a rotatable tensioning member (123) for tensioning and securing the belt (122) of the said tensioning mechanism (120) from X-axis to X1 axis, and an upper fixing member (124) having retaining threads (125). On the rear side of the mechanism where the full label roll is attached, in the inner part of the reel where the stud enters, a tension label stretch and brake mechanism with movable double spring (128), the channel opening with pin (129) is supported with springs, which allows the label roll to stretch the idle strip and then brake before braking is introduced. It also comprises bearings (127) and spline shaft (126) which are centered in the X1 axis and which tension the tensioning member (123) by the movement of the tension lever (107) and are configured in this bearing center.

The working principle of the labeling device (100) is as follows: The rotational motion taken from the engine (114) is transferred to the drive center (111 ) and from there to the propelling roller set (130) and from there to the take-up reel (103) group through a belt gear set. The propelling roller set (130) continuously pulls the label strip and transmits it to the scraper flap (104) and by means of the scraper flap (104), the label is affixed to the products. The scraper flap (104) is extended to a certain distance with scraper arms (105). The main body (101 ) used in the system has a dual-use function. In other words, it has a feature of fixing on the band to be installed, either from its left or right side. Two positioning notches (1011 ) are formed on the main body (101 ), and through these positioning notches (1011 ), it provides the advantage of double-sided use. Also, idler reels (108) are formed on the main body (101 ), and the area where the motion transfer elements are located is closed and maintained by the body cover (106).

The most important feature of the labeling device (100) of the invention is its modular block unit (110). The modular block unit (110) is adapted to the engine block cavity (109) through the fixing plate (119). The modular block unit (110) can be detached directly from the body by removing the connection elements in case of repair, maintenance, and failure. The modular block unit (110) consists of an engine (114), electronic unit (115), a control screen (116), and a carrier capsule (112). By placing the engine (114), the electronic unit (115) and the control screen (116) into the capsule (112), a compact structure is obtained. The tension mechanism (120) is structured on the main reel (102) and the take-up reel (103). The tension mechanism (120) is represented close-up in Figure-7. With the movement of the tension lever (107), the tensioning process is complete. For the tensioning, at least one belt (122) with the retaining threads (125) stretched over the center hub (121 ) is configured. The retaining threads (125) having the same shape as the retaining threads (125) on the belt (122) is also formed on the tensioning member (123) and the upper fixing member (124). The desired tensioning motion is achieved by means of centering elements bore on two different axes X and X1.
