Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a lacquer thread sculpture process applied to a rough stone, comprising a rough stone and lacquer thread sculpture, the lacquer thread sculpture being attached to the surface of the rough stone, and the operation process steps thereof being as follows: a. preparation, the material of the lacquer thread sculpture being formed by mixing natural lacquer and brick dust, and the brick dust and the natural lacquer being mixed and beaten for a few hours, so as to form a lacquer mass material like dough which is neither too soft nor too hard and can be kneaded and shaped; b. line kneading, manually kneading the lacquer mass material in step a by using a knead board into various soft and elastic lacquer threads with different thicknesses; c. coiling and formation; and d. gold attachment on the surface. The lacquer thread sculpture process applied to a rough stone in the present invention designs, on a rough stone, the inherited lacquer thread sculpture handcrafting technique as an intangible cultural heritage, and can design a variety of types of handicrafts, such as ornaments, key chains, car hangings, pedants, and tea trays, making exterior patterns more stereoscopic and more attractive.
