Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a laminate having a metal film wherein the formation of nodules is inhibited. This method for manufacturing a laminate having a metal film is provided with the following steps: a plating-target-layer formation step in which a plating-target-layer formation composition containing a polymer containing a prescribed functional group is used to form a plating-target layer on a substrate; an aqueous-alkaline-solution contact step in which an aqueous alkaline solution containing a prescribed component is brought into contact with the plating-target layer; a catalyst-application step in which plating catalyst or a precursor therefor is applied to the plating-target layer from which uncured parts have been removed; and a plating step in which plating is performed, forming a metal film on the plating-target layer.
