Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a urethane resin composition having excellent adhesiveness between a thermoplastic resin layer and a film formed of a urethane resin composition, and excellent plasticizer-bleeding inhibition. The present invention provides a laminate characterized by having: a thermoplastic resin layer; and a film which is formed of a urethane resin composition containing a urethane resin having a structure derived from a polycarbonate polyol containing C8-C12 glycol as a raw material. Moreover, the present invention provides a synthetic leather characterized by having a surface-treated layer on the opposite side of the film from the thermoplastic resin layer. Polyvinyl chloride is preferably used as the thermoplastic resin. The urethane resin preferably contains an aliphatic polyisocyanate and a chain extender having an amino group as raw materials.
