Title:
LAMINATED BODY AND WELDED BODY USING SAME
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2021/187043
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
In order to provide a laminated body that enables easy welding without influencing physical properties and that is obtained by laminating a fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin base material as well as a welded body using said laminated body, this laminated body is obtained by laminating at least five layers of a fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin base material. The fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin base material is characterized by: being obtained by impregnating conductive and continuous reinforcement fibers aligned in parallel to each other with a thermoplastic resin; and satisfying one of the following points. (i) Among the at least five layers of the fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin base material that constitute the laminated body, there is a difference of 10-90° between the alignment direction of reinforcement fibers that constitute a fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin base material S1 constituting at least one outermost layer and the alignment direction of reinforcement fibers that constitute a fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin base material S2 located in the second layer from the outermost layer. In an interlayer I12 between the fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin base material S1 and the fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin base material S2, the fiber contact rate is 20-100%. In a portion between the fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin base materials other than the interlayer I12, the fiber contact rate is less than 20%. (ii) Among the at least five layers of the fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin base material that constitute the laminated body, there is a difference of 10-90° between the alignment direction of reinforcement fibers that constitute a fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin base material S1 constituting at least one outermost layer and the alignment direction of reinforcement fibers that constitute a fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin base material S2 located in the second layer from the outermost layer. There is a difference of 10-90° between the alignment direction of reinforcement fibers that constitute the fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin base material S2 located in the second layer from the outermost layer and the alignment direction of reinforcement fibers that constitute a fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin base material S3 located in the third layer from the outermost layer. In the interlayer I12 between the fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin base material S1 and the fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin base material S2 and an interlayer I23 between the fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin base material S2 and the fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin base material S3, the fiber contact rate is 20-100%. In a portion between the fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin base materials other than the interlayer I12 and the interlayer I23, the fiber contact rate is less than 20%.
