Abstract:
Provided are: a laminated sheet which achieves weight reduction and which can enhance not only rigidity but also sound-absorbing characteristics; and a method for manufacturing the same. The premise is a laminated sheet (1) comprising: a core layer (2) having a sheet-shaped paper honeycomb structure (4); and a pair of fiber-reinforced layers (3) which sandwich the paper honeycomb structure (4) from both sides in the thickness direction thereof and are integrated with the paper honeycomb structure (4). Each through-hole (5) in the paper honeycomb structure (4) is filled with a foamed resin (6), and the core layer (2) is configured from the paper honeycomb structure (4) and the foamed resin (6) filled into each through-hole (5). On the occasion of filling each through-hole (5) in the paper honeycomb structure (4) with the foamed resin (6), compression force from a mold (11) is used to push a foamed resin sheet (6A) into each through-hole (5) as a filler material.
