Abstract:
A laminator where curling of a sheet-like base laminated by upper and lower laminate films
is prevented and where mutual displacement of the upper and lower laminate films
due to loosening of their winding is prevented. The laminator (10) holds and laminates
the sheet-like base (100) between the laminate films (21) drawn from laminate
roll sections (20). The laminator has roll rotating sections (31) fitted to
both ends of each laminate roll section (20) and freely rotating the laminate
roll section (20), roll holding sections (39) each holding the laminate roll
section (20) with a roll rotating section (31) interposed therebetween, and
laminate adjusting means (31R) fitted to the roll rotating sections (31) at at
least either of both ends of each of the upper and lower laminate roll sections (20)
or fitted to the roll rotating section (31) at at least either of both ends of either
of the upper and lower laminate roll sections (20), the laminate adjusting means
(31R) adjusting, by varying a rotational load of the roll rotating sections (31),
the tension of the laminate films (21) drawn from the laminate roll sections (20).
